Amy Kelley, Board of Economic Development, 14th Congressional District Kelly and her husband own TAK Homes, LLC, a real estate investment company. She is a member of the Cedartown Junior Service League. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shorter College. She and her husband, Trey, attend the First Baptist Church of Cedartown and reside in Cedartown.
