• 21st-century expansion: Kia Georgia (2006) and suppliers have created over 14,000 jobs; Pirelli, Novelis, Honda Precision Parts, Kumho Tire USA, Toyo Tire, Cox Automotive, Porsche, Toyota Industries Corporation, and Mercedes-Benz expanded their Georgia operations.
• EV and advanced tech focus: Recent investments include hybrid and electric vehicles, DC-to-DC production, e-mobility innovation corridors (The Ray, Curiosity Lab), and the $12.6 billion Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.

• Site readiness sets the pace: Programs like Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) and the Rural Site Development Initiative ensure industrial sites are prepped and primed, putting Georgia in pole position for major projects like Hyundai’s $12.6 billion Metaplant.
