In 2015, Jason Kennedy and Charlie Wall founded Loop to bridge the gap between the proficient workforce and the growing technology sector in Augusta, Georgia. An increase in technology companies called for an increase in talent and in turn, talent placement. The team saw a demand in the workforce needs, and went to work.

Loop is a recruiting, staffing, and advisory services company built to connect a technically proficient workforce to companies in need. Today they have offices in Augusta, Atlanta, and Spartanburg, South Carolina, where they serve technology, software, and digital marking sectors. They collaborate with over 100 clients in 12 different states.

The team at Loop has won a handful of awards such as the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce’s "2021 Entrepreneur Award" and Inc.’s "Best Workplaces in 2021." Loop takes pride in not only the extensive training of their recruitment staff, but also their ability to create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work each day.
