Brian Cook proudly serves as the President of Local Bounti, which specializes in hydroponic greenhouse grown lettuces and cress. Local Bounti’s produce can be purchased at Albertsons, Kroger, Target, Sprouts, and Wal Mart. Brian currently serves as a Board Member for the Fresh Produce & Floral Council, Advisory Board Member for the Ventura College Ag Program, and has spoken for the former Produce Marketing Association and California Grocers Association.
