Carole Bennett is Assistant Director of Business Operations in the Supply Chain & Logistics Institute (SCL), a unit within the Stewart School of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.  Ms. Bennett's areas of specialty include business operations, marketing, and project management. She began her career at Georgia Tech in 1988 in the Department of Continuing Education as the Director of Marketing. For 12 years she was responsible for the management of the marketing, graphic design, and web staffs. While in Continuing Education she marketed many diverse programs including computing, logistics, management, physics, and defense-related professional development courses. In 2000, Ms. Bennett came to work in the ISyE department.  Her current responsibilities include development and marketing of the executive education programs, industry-event management, and membership-management for SCL's industry-outreach programs: Supply Chain and Logistics Innovation Network, Supply Chain Executive Forum, Georgia Tech Supply Chain Network group and Logistics Education And Pathways (LEAP).  Ms. Bennett is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned a B.A. in Communication (cum laude) in 1988 and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 2008. Ms. Bennett is a member of the following associations: Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Direct Marketing Association of Atlanta, and The Association of Strategic Marketing.
