Cassius Butts is the founder of Capital Fortitude Business Advisors, specializing in access to capital and business development. He has held leadership roles with Bank of America, Fleet Bank, and two presidential administrations, including serving as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where he managed over $30 billion in small business lending. Butts has been appointed to various key positions, including co-leading Georgia’s Minority Owned Business Task Force and serving on the Board of Economic Development. He is also the former chairman of the Fort Mac LRA and has served on multiple boards, including Morris Brown College and the National Black MBA Association. Butts holds degrees from Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University, and Emory University’s Osher Life Learning Institute. He is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta’s class of 2012.
