Cindy is a Jacksonville native and has spent her entire career in workforce development.

She has an extensive background in program planning, organization, implementation and delivery of employment & training programs with over 40 years of workforce development experience.

Cindy's experience extends from the early days of the Comprehensive Employment & Training Act (CETA) through the Jobs Training Partnership Act (JTPA), the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), and finally now to the world of WIOA.  Cindy has been instrumental in the development and management of workforce programs for Region 8.  Cindy is recognized statewide as one of the premier subject matter experts within the workforce development community in Florida.
