Catering Company Turns to Film, Hires 10 Employees
Joy Merle of Sandy Springs started her catering company, Finding Flavor, out of her mother’s kitchen. When she lost her biggest customer in 2015, she turned to film productions to find more clients. “I sent out about 200 emails to every producer, director or production coordinator I could find in Georgia film.” Today, she has over 10 employees and over a million dollars in sales.
