Film Economy Opens New Revenue Stream for Local ATV Park
Sunnyside ATV Paradise, located in Wrens, Georgia, has found itself as the perfect location for Georgia-based productions. It has served as the mountains of Afghanistan to the backdrop of various music videos. But it also opened up a new revenue stream for park owners, Kurt Warneke and Jimmy McPeak, who started the park as a place for their community to ride their ATVs, camp, and fish. The have seen these productions provide local economic opportunities to the town of Wrens. “It gets all kinds of local people involved. It takes local companies to make things happen. This could be big for our entire area and our economy.”
