McDonough Resident Goes from Show Fan to Employed on Set
Georgia.org Content: Darrius Tucker of McDonough graduated from the Georgia Film Academy and immediately found himself on the set of the world’s most popular productions, including The Walking Dead and Black Panther. Darrius attended Southern Crescent Technical College in Griffin, GA and always dreamed of a career in film. “One day I was a fan of The Walking Dead, and the next month I was a locations assistant on set.” He credits Georgia’s hub for production for providing jobs in his community and turning his dreams into a reality.
