Myers Carpet Finds New Market in Film
What started out as custom rugs for one film production, quickly grew to supplying the flooring and carpet for over 20 productions. Dalton based and family-owned Myers Carpet continues to meet the flooring needs of Georgia’s film industry. Located in the “carpet capital of the world,” Myers Carpet employs 85 employees who have eagerly embraced various production projects, including works from Tyler Perry Studios. “I have gotten to see things and work on projects I could never have imagined sitting in a warehouse in Dalton.”
