Bryan Weaver

Bryan Weaver is the Director of Manufacturing for the Georgia Center of Innovation. In this role, he provides manufacturing companies with resources to help solve problems, overcome challenges, and remove barriers to growth. Bryan is a progressive executive leader with deep experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain technology.

Bryan joined the Georgia Center of Innovation following a 25-plus year career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he served in multiple leadership roles including General Manager of North America Concentrate Manufacturing Operations and Distribution. He most recently served as Group IT Director for Coca-Cola North America and was responsible for IT strategy and implementation for Supply Chain and Finance Technology. In addition, Bryan has worked in consulting and with an early stage supply chain technology company. Bryan has a long track record of demonstrated success driving transformational change through people development, technology implementation, analytics, continuous process improvement, and innovation. He is a results-oriented leader guided by strong core values, focused on building collaborative relationships and motivated by team success.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech (1993) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University (2011).
