Neely serves Chairman of the Georgia Aerospace and Defense Alliance, leveraging his years of experience at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President, Law & Public Affairs at its headquarters in Savannah. Prior to this
position, he served as deputy general counsel for Gulfstream. Before joining Gulfstream, Neely practiced law in Atlanta with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and served as law clerk for the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., U.S. District Court, Augusta. Neely also
serves on the Leadership Georgia Board of Trustees and on the Georgia Chamber Board of Directors. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the University of Georgia. He and his wife Courtney have two children. They attend
the Community Bible Church in Savannah.
