Justin Haight is the acting program manager of Georgia WorkSmart, an initiative within the Georgia Department of Economic Development to promote work-based-learning activities throughout the State. Through Georgia WorkSmart, Justin works with participating companies and other external organizations in developing, implementing, and hiring for apprenticeship programs and other work-based training models. Having over 5 years' experience with administration and oversite activities of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Justin works to maximize available workforce resources to add greater value and sustainability to Georgia's growing list of work-based learning programs.
