- Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers business consultation and educational opportunities that address start up needs, human resources, management, operations, technology, financial structure and analysis and business plan and strategy development.
- Technical College System of Georgia offers certificate courses on entrepreneurship along with technical skills.
- The University System of Georgia offers business courses and degree programs.
- Georgia's high level, highly competitive Mentor Protégé Connection provides one-on-one mentoring from some of the world's largest corporations and the state's most viable companies.
- The Service Corps of Retired Executives Association (SCORE) is a nonprofit dedicated to entrepreneurial education and the formation, growth and success of small businesses nationwide. This link will help locate a chapter in your area.
- The Edge Connection is a nonprofit microenterprise SBA Business Center offering free legal, technical and marketing consulting, courses for entrepreneurs, and incubator space. The center targets low-to-moderate-income individuals, women, minorities, veterans and people with disabilities.
- The Georgia Micro Enterprise Network (GMEN) is a non-profit industry association and through its network of business development training and lending organizations, GMEN serves as a resource to support and fund viable micro-businesses in an effort to create new jobs and business opportunities at the local level.
