Mike Tucker is the Executive Director of WorkSource Coastal.  WSC is a federally funded workforce development agency that delivers programming throughout the ten county Coastal Region. WSC supports the labor and job training needs of employers and job seekers by providing valuable workforce services to: dislocated workers, the unemployed, the underemployed, youth, veterans and the disabled.

Mike has almost 20 years of experience leading workforce development programming and has directed a variety of federal and state grants including WIA/WIOA, ARRA, TANF, Wagoner-Peyser, Trade Act, National Emergency Grants, Jobs for America's Graduates, Youthbuild and SNAP.  

He is a graduate of the Georgia Academy of Economic Development and Leadership Southeast Georgia.  In 2010 he received the Michigan Works! Impact Award for service to Southwest Michigan.

Mike is originally from South Bend, Indiana and is a graduate of Indiana University-South Bend.
