Retired President/CEO of Jackson Electric Membership Corporation (JEMC). JEMC is a consumer owned electric utility serving over 218,000 residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental customers in a ten county service area in north east Georgia. JEMC has full service district operations in Jackson County, Gwinnett County, Hall County, and Madison County. At the time of his retirement in 2014 Pugh was serving as a director on the Oglethorpe Power Company board of directors, the Georgia System Operations Company board of directors, and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
