Pamela D. Ballard is a seasoned human resources (HR) leader specializing in benefits and compliance in multi-state, highly regulated environments. With more than 15 years of experience as a strategic HR professional, she excels at aligning HR operations with business objectives and fostering high-performing cultures in a safe, supportive work environment.
Before joining GDEcD, Pamela managed global benefits strategy at Saviynt, served as Director of Benefits and Wellness at Verida, and held key roles at Yamaha Motor Manufacturing and Southeastrans. Her expertise includes leveraging Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and enhancing employee relations. Her goal is to operate with fairness and lead with love.
Pamela holds a Master of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Troy University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - Atlanta and the Southeast Benefits Education Network. Pamela also enjoys community service and is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., serving as the National Programs Chairperson.
