Caterpillar Chairman and CEO Douglas Oberhelman came together with representatives from the state of Georgia, local media and Caterpillar employees for the official ribbon cutting of their new manufacturing facility near Athens. Many of the employees present at the event were trained free of charge by Georgia Quick Start, Georgia's top-ranked workforce training program.
