Professional Storyteller for over 25 years teaching storytelling in afterschool programs and Storyteller-In-Residence at the APEX Museum.  A featured teller at over 33 libraries for Atlanta Public Library Summer Reading programs in 2015 & 2017. 

Produced a 4-part virtual story series on Aesop’s Fables entitled “Elephant in the Room,” for Fulton County’s Virtual Arts Initiative. 

Youth Workshops include Literacy All Around Us & 2022 Youth Scribes Writing Workshop.

Wren’s Nest Story Rambler since 2023. 

Featured teller for the 2025 National Association of Black Storyteller’s Conference & Festival.

2025 Presenter for both the Georgia Archives and the  Atlanta African American Genealogy Association on “Preserving the Power of African American Stories.”

Self-Published children’s book, “The Always Busy, Sometimes Quiet, Often Noisy Room” published in 2017. 

  • School Performances – Black History & Curriculum based performances for grades 4 to 12. 45-minute Programs include Harriet Tubman & Follow the Drinking Gourd: Escape to Freedom. 
  • Children’s Stories – Multi-Cultural interactive storytelling & crafts for pre-K to 6th grade using song, Rhythm, Rhyme & fingerplays. For schools, libraries, festivals & conferences.
  • Empowered Women – Historical Portraits of African American women and the contributions they made. Performance & discussion of well known & lesser known women to include: Adrienne Herndon, Josephine Baker, Selena Sloan Butler, Leah Wright Day & others. 6th to 12th grade.
