List Your Property as a Film Location

Only property owners may submit private residences; submissions from realtors or agents will not be considered. Commercial property street addresses remain visible; residential addresses do not display publicly. Properties currently for sale, for rent (long-term), or undergoing major renovations are ineligible.

By submitting your property, you consent to having your contact information visible in the database (though the location can be removed at any time).

Listings are for filming locations only, not lodging. Those wishing to market accommodations must register separately in the Georgia Production Directory.

Upon submission, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Locations may take time for staff to review due to heavy submission volume. If you do not see your location listed in the locations database, it is either in the queue or has not been approved.

Once approved, the listing can only be edited by requesting a temporary password from the Georgia Film Office.

Filmmakers must contact property owners directly if interested. Our office does not advise on location fees, which vary from project to project. In most cases, the production will make a specific offer based on budget and shooting requirements.

Most film/TV productions carry insurance policies that indemnify you.
