GLOBE Awards

The Georgia Department of Economic Development’s annual GLOBE Awards (Georgia Launching Opportunities by Exporting) honors enterprising local businesses that contribute to the state’s economic growth through international trade. Since 2014, the State of Georgia has awarded a cumulative 323 GLOBE awards to companies in 46 counties statewide.

In 2023, 27 companies earned the distinction of GLOBE Award winner. These companies were located across the state, and all represent part of Georgia’s thriving exporter community. The majority of winners, 85 percent, were small businesses with fewer than 100 employees worldwide. Collectively, these companies entered 55 new international markets in 2022.

This year’s GLOBE recipients are the reason why Georgia continued to break export records in 2022 and continue to underscore how Georgia products and technologies help power the world.
