Prior to Human Resource Management, Ms. Weaver worked as an Office Manager for a Local Foundry for 16 Years. Her strong bond and caring spirit with developing personal and confidential relationships with co-workers led her into Human Resource Management. She finds it very gratifying to hire an individual at an entry-level position and watch them grow and achieve their goals.
